My clients are like family to me. I get to watch families get bigger and little ones grow. If I'm really lucky I get to capture those same little ones turning into high school seniors, getting married, and eventually their own children. That's why I friend request every single client I can find on facebook (you're welcome to request me if I haven't found you yet). Even if you decide to use a different photographer, move away, or just don't do pictures as often... I still want to know you and see you & your family grow.
This business brings so much joy to my life. But in the slow winter months, sometimes I need a reminder of why I got into photography in the first place. Your family is that reminder. Thank you to everyone who has let me document their growing family all these years. I appreciate you more than you will ever know. You have helped a struggling, single mom put food in her kid's bellies... and as most of you know my kids... they require a lot of food so please keep coming backĀ :)
I'm excited to become a better photographer this year. I feel like I've put learning on the back-burner, but I know in order to grow my business, I need to work on my photography skills. That's my main goal this year and I hope you all give me lots of practice. Again thank you for supporting me, even a Like on my page is support!
If you haven't heard, I'm in the process of moving my studio back to my North St. Paul space. If you have a session before Feb 15th, it will most likely still be at the Mpls studio unless we have discussed otherwise. After the 15th, we'll be in NSP. And of course I love on-location and outdoors. I'm always up for new spots to get those creative juices flowing.
Speaking of outdoors.... uh can Spring please come quick?! I'll be announcing Spring Mini Sessions at the end of February. If you have a cool location suggestion, send me a message! And if you haven't reserved a Bunny Session, they are getting filled up fast.
Thanks for reading this to the end. I'm feeling a bit sentimental and I wanted to share with you. Know that if you're struggling, keep going. I struggle every other week and I just push through. Sometimes I'm not even sure how. Winter is tough. I'm here if you need an ear to listen.
xoxo,
